New Moon Sound Bath
Breathwork, guided meditation and sound healing using the crystal singing bowls and Native American Flute.
Treat yourself and/or a loved one to this relaxing afternoon of meditation and sound healing. We will begin with simple breathwork and seated yoga postures, followed by a guided meditation. The session will end with the harmonizing sound of crystals singing bowls and the Native American Flute. This is an excellent way to center yourself and reach a place of gratitude for the upcoming holiday season.
The host, Courtney Dunn, is an experienced psychotherapist specializing in energy psychology, as well as a yoga therapist and teacher. She has a gift for holding space and bringing others into a state of relaxation.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, or your choice of prop for comfort.

BEACH CLEAN UP!
Join us for our first annual BEACH CLEAN UP day!
We have joined efforts with Texas Adopt A Beach to coordinate a beach clean up at Menard Park at 27th and Galveston Seawall. All supplies will be provided. Bring a packed lunch/snacks and water for the reflection period & remember to pack your things in reusable containers so we can keep reducing our plastic footprint! (Work gloves will not be provided).
Check in with team coordinator: 8:15 AM | Meet at Menard Park - park at 2222 28th st. Galveston TX 77550
Clean up session: 8:30 AM - 10 AM The main group clean up will go until 12 PM, but our team will finish at 10 AM to spend an hour in reflection period.
Reflection period: 10 AM - 11 AM - you are welcome to join the main group after reflection for the last hour of clean up.
